Zeus is true to style, Double IPA that has a malt backbone big enough to balance the excessive hop profile and alcohol warmth. Heavily hopped withBravo, Glacier, and Zeus.

Hazy amber beer with a tidy pale cream coloured head. Smooth palate but with prickly carbonation. Sweet caramel malt. Sweet piney hops with a touch of red berries. Good malt cream develops before a semi dry finish. Very mild hop spice and bitter linger. A sweet but enjoyable dipa.

Bottle - Caramel malts and light grapefruit. Cloudy orange with a rich white head. Huge toffee sweetness that mellows the bitterness and alcohol as described. Some fruity and orange hops, but it is masked by the sweetness. This is out of balance on the sweet side.

Bomber bottle and served in snifter: Clean deep golden hue with good frothy head and okay lace. the aroma of pineapple, tangerine, pine, resin, dank herbs, onions, biscuit and caramel. The taste is pungent alpha dankness, citrus, pale and crystal grains, with a touch of pepper and earthiness. The mouth feel is metallic and astringent with a nice alcohol snap. Overall, I was not expecting much but found a solid enough DIPA. Nothing earth shaking but delivers with some bitterness and citrus. The alcohol actually helps this brew cleanse the palate.

Poured from 22oz bottle from Lakeview Liquors. Orange and cloudy. Grapefruit and sweet taste. I don't see the bitterness other reviews had, but had a few other big beers before this. I love it

Very nice big beer with a good alcohol kick. Lots of floral in the nose that translates well into the taste. Poured a light amber golden haze with a small head. Finishes bitter with some biscuit, malt and cracker taste. Well done.

Murky orange-amber, with good, creamy, beige head, decent legs / Sweet, malty nose of citrus, caramel, pine / Medium to full body, sweet, malty, some chew, biting hops, good balance and bitter, lightly hot, finish / Winey flavors of fresh caramel, cut pine, grapefruit, orange peel, raisin / A big one, rich, almost wants to be a barleywine.

Amber pour. Immediately noticeable citrus fruit profile, it is very bright and pungeant. A slight bit of malt is underneath. The flavor is very alpha acidy. It is tart with melon flavors, citrus pith, passion fruit. Super acidic and bitter, but also malty and not super dry. Over the top beer.
