Tap at de Beiaard, Spui Amsterdam, on 18th March 2010. Gold and hazy with a thick, but quickly decaying, white head. Full-flavoured lemony/grapefruit hoppiness ant first with a bitter and pleasantly long-lasting finish. Zingy mouthfeel. Some grassy notes and just a touch of allspice. Remarkably easy to drink.

(Draught@De Beiaard) Hazy golden with a medium, foamy and lacy head. Crisp, sourish-yeasty, fruity aroma. Sourish-witbier-spicy flavor with some sweetish malt. Medium-bodied with smooth carbonation. A quite pleasant, crisp and dry-sourish blonde.

29th November 2010.
On tap at De Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam. Slightly hazy gold beer, good white head. Light palate. Slightly dry and a little crispy. Sweetish light malt, a bit of lemon citrus. Slighty creamy malt with a touck of chalk. Finishes semi dry with a nice but subtle tropical fruits note. Unusual. Fresh and tasty.

tap at the brewpub in Amsterdam - Pours hazy yellow-orange with a big, thick white head that laces well. The aroma is of yeast and pale malt. It tastes mainly of sweet malt along with a touch of citrus fruit. There’s a nice, smooth bubbly mouthfeel and minimal hops. Enjoyable.

Big white creamy head subsides slowly, leaving thick lacing on the glass. Faintly hazy pale yellow body. Mild, spicy, fruity aroma with soft metallic, yeasty notes. Dry, spicy, fruity softly metallic taste. Clean, sharpish mouthfeel. Dry peppery spicy aftertaste. Very nice, and highly drinkable. (0.33l draft at De Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam.)
