3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap, De Bekeerde Suster. Deep brown with ruby highlights. Full flavour, malty, treacle, dark malts, gingerbread cake, a little cloying and sweet. Enjoyed one sip but a full glass was hard work. Not sure, not quite balanced enough for me.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught at De Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Dark reddish brown color with a small reddish tan head.
Strong sweet malt, berries, dark fruits and alcohol in the aroma.
The flavor is strong sweet malt, dark fruits, alcohol and mild hops. Not the worst Bock on earth.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
0.15 l on tap at De Bekeerde Suster, 6.5% abv. Clear, dark reddish amber with a creamy, tan head. Faint, sweetish-malty aroma of brown sugar, caramel and some coffee. Sweetish-malty taste of brown sugar, caramel and nuts, followed by a medium long, roasty and slightly bitter finish with some coffee. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, almost flat. Nice bock, easily drinkable.

Sampled @ Bekeerde Suster. Hazy amber color, medium sized beige to light brown head. Smell and taste malts, leaves, a hint of raisins, brown sugar, some caramel and a bit sweet. Average body and carbonation. Meh.

In the aroma cow dropping, but some sweetness.
The clear copper beer has a off-white head.
In the taste caramel and malt.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Served way too cold. Deep brown almost black with a sticky, thick, lasting, frothy, covers the glass head. Smells of raisins, grass, caramel and soft coffee roast. Medium frothy, oily body. Tastes of liquorish, caramel, raisins, and deep malt. Some brown sugar. A decent bock and probably their best beer.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Served in a thistle-shaped glass at the brewpub, dark brown and a little muddy with a huge creamy tan head.
Aroma after warming is classic bock - blended melanoidin malts with a toasty complexity, and the flavour follows suit. Its fairly clean with a mild but noticable bitterness that just lingers slightly.
The carbonation is a tad low and the body is light-medium, so the mouthfeel was a bit watery, the only slight disappointment in this otherwise very easy to drink beer. Alcohol is well hidden.
(The beer seemed young - shame it’s not likely to get a chance to age as it would improve nicely)

Standard bock beer. They don’t seem to have put a lot of effort in this one.

Had that beer on the Bockbeerfestival in Amsterdam. Nice beer. However to cold on the tab.
