Draught. Cloudy, dark red/brown colour. Creamy, stable light brown head. Nice aroma, roasted, sweet, liquorice. Very malty flavour. Mouthfeel and flavour are creamy. Malty, slightly roastedly bitter aftertaste. Slightly high carbonation. Has some Lund Teknik ESB to it.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Hunsell (400) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 8, 2005
On tap @ Bekeerde Suster. Dark reddish brown, off-white head. Sweet malty aroma, caramelly taste, sweet, but not overly so, good, gentle bitterness in the end. Not very exciting yet technically well-made and enjoyable bock.
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 rauchbier (3203) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - NOV 28, 2004
Keg, De Bekeerde Suster Oct2003 (contract brewed elsewhere at the time). Deep ruby red, creamy Off white head and moderate condition. Low fruity malt aromas, sweet in the mouth with some fruity berries and a faintly tart edge. A yeastiness develops mingling with the fruitiness in the finish to become bitter sweet.

Clear dark redbrown color, short head. Aroma of a bock, bit spicy. Slightly sour bocky taste, spicy, roasted malts. Average bock.

Dark brown coloured, fair head. Some spices in aroma. Quite one-dimensional flavour. Not the best bock imho.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - OCT 15, 2004
UPDATED: FEB 4, 2005 When I tasted it, it was still brewed by Leyerth (Steenberghe) but they are brewing it themselves now. Butterscotch aroma with light spices (is this ginger?). Dark brown color, light brown head, very nice lace. Sweet, light bitter, butterscotch, nice sourness in the finish, little sticky.
