I am getting loads of banana in aroma and taste, it ends with a darker deeper, almost metallic finish. Great palate. One of the better Beiaard beers. On tap at the Bekeerde Suster in Amsterdam.

On Tap at the Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam. This batch coming in at 9.0% abv. Clear amber beer with a good sized off white head. Palate is softish but also manages to have a carbonated bite. Creamy malt, rich but never getting heavy. Mellow cherry stars here. Really has a nice mouthfeel all round and it hides the 9.0% very very well. Hugely drinkable. One of my (normally lager swilling) work mates said he could drink ten pints of it!

On draught at 17th PINT winterbier festival, Gouda as De Bekeerde Suster Winterbier. Pours a hazy orange with a creamy white head. Aroma is malty, clove, spice, some sweetness and alcohol. Flavor is alcohol again, quite sharp, creamy, spices, clove, sweetness, and slightly bitter. Nice bittersweet finish. Nice beer.

Tap @ Beiaard Enschede. Orange color, cloudy. Butter and some red fruit in the aroma and flavor. Slightly alcoholic and thin. Some yeasty notes towards the finish. Deceptively drinkable.

From tap at Beiaard. Pours cloudy orange with a small, off-white and dense creamy head. Roasted malt and yeasty aroma. Sweet caramel malty flavoured. Slowly increasing bitterness arising into the finish. Slight metallic touch into the finish. Ends mild fruity too. Slight alcohol burn/warmth in the finish.
