Sampled @ Bekeerde Suster. Opaque hazy pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly yeast, a hint of citrus, some banana, a little sweet with a soft finish of herbs or spices. Low carbonation, average body. Tastes more like a weizen to me but it’s ok.

On tap at De Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam. Hazy yellow with white head. I found this to be quite an understated Witbier, the flavours are light, hints of bitter lemon, reasonably herby and fairly dry. Nothing over the top so just ok.

Tap at Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam: Hazy yellow coloured brew with good thirstquenching abilities and there is some sourness, just enough to like it.

Ann härlig dag på café Cobra vid Rijksmuseum i Amsterdam . Normalt är jag inte då förtjust i Weissbier men denna gillade jag verkligen. Miljön kanske gjorde sitt? ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured a standard cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of the wheat. Medium body, flavour is sour and bitter with no real fruit in it. Quite bland.

300ml on tap. A fresh sweet floral frut-ish and yeasty aroma. Appearance is cloudy light yellow with a little foam head. Taste is refreshing sour and very light bitter. Leaves some hops dryness and some bitterness. Overall a standard Belgium Wheat Beer.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy to murky yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is estery and light spiced. Mild citrusy and herbal, estery. Mild sweet initial, more dry estery into the finish. Dry and estery finish. Somewhat bitter into the far finish.

From tap at Beiaard. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Coriander, yeasty and wheat aroma. Slight rubber flavoured. Solid estery and phenolic notes joined with a touch of oranges and banana, yet with a small coriander spice touc. Not my thing.

Opaque hazy banana yellow with a sticky, lasting, thick, white, hugs the glass lacy head. Smells of banana/wheat, citrus orange peel, with yeast that consumes the nose. Medium oily body with soft carbonation. Tastes of sweet malt with fruit like apples, citrus lemon and a wheat. Lots of yeast and species but overall it’s the citrus that lingers. It’s drinkable but it’s ok.
