Bottle 350ml. @ [ Ulfborg Tasting ].
[ Courtesy of Maria ]. Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, grain, cabbage water, light hoppy, flowers. Flavor is light sweet and bitter with a short duration. Body is light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Borring and thin. [20081218]

Bottled. A light golden beer with no head. The aroma is slightly sweet, and so is the flavor with light notes of straw.

(Bottle 35 cl) Courtesy of joergen. Comes as "Beijing Bière de Pékin". Clear pale golden with a small, rough, off-white head. Weak aroma of brewing cereal. Light and watery with basically no malt base. Discreet hint of hops in the finish. 160408

35 cL bottle. Pours clear, pale almost totally clear yellow to white with no lasting head. Mild cornish and bitterhops aroma. Flavour is light bitterhops, light rice/malt base. Dry and almost bland bitternes in the finish.

Bottled (as Biere de Pekin). Very very pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is slight fruityness, along with rice and paper. Flavour is rice and paper mainly.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Very pale yellow, no head. Ricey and fruity. Sweet and very light bodied. Cidery, fruity and mushy, seemingly massive adjuct percentage and completely unhopped. Utter crap.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow coloured (almost colourless) with a medium sized white head. Aroma of grain and rice with bitter notes. Flavour of rice, grain and hops with bitter notes. Bitter finish.

Clear golden with no head. Aroma has cardboard notes. Sweet ricy flavor with light fruity notes.

Bottle. Pours a very pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity grainy aroma. Sweetish weak grainy and watery flavor. Has a weak grainy and watery finish.

Botella. Clear yellow. Quite mild rice grainy aroma. Thin mouthfeel. Grainy mild rice flavour. Mild dry finish.
