Jul 16, 2008 Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Very pale yellow, no head. Ricey and fruity. Sweet and very light bodied. Cidery, fruity and mushy, seemingly massive adjuct percentage and completely unhopped. Utter crap.

Jul 14, 2008 Bottled (as Biere de Pekin). Very very pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is slight fruityness, along with rice and paper. Flavour is rice and paper mainly.

Pours pale (very pale) yellow with a greenish tint. The head is creamy but short lived. Brief, papery aroma with notes of glue and vomit. Tastes like mineral water with a late not-so-pleasant grassy bitterness.

Clea rpale yellow color, small white head. Sweet vegetable scent- Sweet, thin, sugary, malty, butter taste. Thin mouthfeel. Apple aftertaste. Low bitterness.
