Very good pilsener. This one is a good choice when you are in Belgium and you are allready tired of the strong ales and abbey beers.

2007-09-21, draught at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007 as Vanuxeen Belgo Pils, 5-2-5-2-10=24
Light blond color. Very common Pils, a bit sweetish.

2007-08-01, draught in Bruxelles, 6-3-5-3-12=29
Blond color. A simple Pilsner, but with a light fresh Saaz aroma and flavor; just too weak at the end.

(Bottled, BBE 06/2007) Clear, paleish golden with a smallish, lightly lacy head. Aroma of corny malt and cardboard. Corny-malty flavor with mushroom hints and cardboard. Light to medium-bodied, slightly foamy, sweetish and a bit unclean palate. I guess the bottle was way past its prime condition (only a month in time, but stored on a warm store shelf).

25cl bottle from Noel Cuveliers. Pale gold, thick white head. Bit thin and tasteless. Some hop and carbonated metallic bite on teh finish, but mostly poor.
