Our milk stout is light to the taste yet frothy and silky. It starts with a slight coffee roasted beginning and tapers down to a residual sweetness to finish you off. Enjoy our Nitro or Co2; come in and make the comparison, it may surprise you. Specialty malts include: Barley, Dark Malts, Rolled Oats.

Draft at Dirty Birds. Pours very dark with a bubbly beige head. Tastes very sweet, like chocolate syrup, and burnt like dark coffee, creamy, with roasted malt. Light/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like creamy chocolate, burnt toast, roasts malt, and a little nutty.

650ml bottle. Darkest brown colour, deep red glimmer, huge, late awakening, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige to tan head. Dark malty aroma is slightly roasty, chocolately, hints of coffee, some malt spiciness. Taste is minimally to moderately sweet dark malty, chocolately, slightly roasty, hints of coffee with a grainy touch, also some coffee-surrogate chicory spiciness, cautious remants of lactose; slightly sticky palate. Well balanced, not too sweet, really nice.

Prefer it to be a bit more thick. Ever so slightly. Good flavour...balanced. however nothing pops. No real flavour bomb. Well crafted but a little tame.

Pours a dark brown almost black color. Aroma of roasted coffee with rich malt flavor. The milk is evident which gives this beer a milky consistency on the tongue. A smooth milk stout witha good mixture of complex flavors.

Excellent traditional milk stout! Appearance is a large thick tan head that slowly settles, some lace and an opaque black brown color. aroma is malt, Cocoa, roast. Flavor is like aroma and is just spot on for the balance between sweet bitter and tang. Excellent palate. Finish and overall this beer is basically faultless. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the Beer Baron. It pours a dark brown color with a tan head. The aroma is nice and strong with roasted malt and some balancing sweeter chocolate notes. The flavor is full bodied and intensely roasted. A little dirty and ashy but it has a nice sweet silkiness and strong cocoa. Very tasty.

Black pour. Big tan head. Quick to fall. Not much lacing. Chocolate and coffee aroma. Same with the taste. Smooth and creamy finish.
