COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our milk stout is light to the taste yet frothy and silky. It starts with a slight coffee roasted beginning and tapers down to a residual sweetness to finish you off. Enjoy our Nitro or Co2; come in and make the comparison, it may surprise you. Specialty malts include: Barley, Dark Malts, Rolled Oats.

22 ounce bottle. Pours a dark black with a one inch dark tan head that lasts. Taste is of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, toffee and sweetness. Similar aroma. Has a decent body with a clean finish. Overall, pretty good.

Rich super dark coloured body with a thinnish off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, toffee, earth and a good deal of cream and sugars - relatively nice. Medium-bodied; Very malty flavours up front with some lactose, earth, milk, cream, grain and vanilla with a bunch of lactose on the finish - very sweet, but milky. Aftertaste is deep and robust with a large vanilla, icing sugar, grain, alcohol and especially creamy flavour with the lactose by far the strongest. Overall, a nice and super rich beer that doesn’t work too well in the heat of Hawaii, but it’s still a well produced beer for the style! I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Safeway in Honolulu, Waikiki (Kapahulu), O’ahu, Hawaii a few hours ago on 22-August-2016 for US$8,38 sampled in my hotel room here in Waikiki on my last night of vacation on 22-August-2016.

Rating #1701 - Stout night at Saskatoon Super 8 - 2015.05.31. Dark brown pour with a creamy tan head. Super sweet cocoa, vanilla, molasses. Taste is very rich in cocoa, mild toffee/vanilla with a sweeter than expected finish. Nice depth with an earthy coffee roasty bitterness. Excellent.

Pours a finger and a half of tan head on a black body. Aroma is coffee, milk, cocoa and wood. Taste goes from milk to sugared coffee and finishes with a mild coffee bitterness. Texture is smooth.

15cl sample at the Ghent Beer Festival VI (22 VIII 2015). Belching Beaver Beavers Milk actually counts as a milk stout which is smoked. It has a keen porto-look, very interesting with many coffee, smoked and dry stout with sugar features. In the taste also some bitter, malts and straw notes. Pretty sugared, medium bodied stout.

Great aromas and flavors of roasted malts and coffee. Blended well. Dark chocolate color with a thin head. Nitro version, so creamy and smooth.

Draft at the Bluegrass Festival. This beer is very reminiscent of the Peanut Butter Stout. In fact I am pretty sure that it’s the base for that beer. It’s just okay. Not a huge fan of this brewery yet.

Stumbled across this at The Page (and may never see it again). Loved it. Deep stout-y brown. Creamy aromas and silky mouthfeel, accompanied by smooth roasty flavors. Great touch here. Pleased to have had the chance to enjoy two pints. Disappointed when I went back and it had sold out.

On tap at Final Gravity. Pours near black with a thick tan head and a roasted coffee aroma. There is a hearty dark molasses flavor with lots of coffee and a dry finish. Tasty.
