Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival Black, small beige head. Peanut butter dominate the nose. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Milk chocolate and peanut butter. Low bitterness. Peanut butter may be the most infantile ingredient in beer since marshmallows, but this is actually pretty balanced and tolerable.

Opaque dark brown beer, tiny tan head. Milky peanut butter nose. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Taste largely follows the nose. Milky dark malts and tangy peanut butter. Undertone of mildly tangy fruits. Light semi dry finish. Fun beer!

Bottle shared at Pigs Ear 2014 - London. Pours dark brown with a frothy beige head. Lovely nose of vanilla ice cream and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Light to medium sweet flavor with nice roast, burnt peanut casings and chocolate. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. OK balance on the finish with light earthy bitterness, toasted bread, more peanut butter cups. Quite nice!

On tap at The Bottle Shop Bermondsey. Well i could smell the peanut as the glass was on the table as i drank the Dugges sour before it. I got an occasional waft of peanut and salt . Black beer lasting tan head Chocolate and peanut butter aroma. Not as sweet or as lactose as i feared. Some lactose no doubt too cold and fizzy. Interesting but a third was plenty.
