Very dark black on the pour with a creamy brown head. Hints of peanut butter reminiscing of opening a bottle of Skippy and sweet honey. Taste of peanuts and coffee grounded together. Enough said! Great roasty flavor lingers. A Must!

Deep dark brown coloured body with a nice three centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of pure peanut butter, roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and way more peanuts - super strong. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong peanut flavour with other nuts (macademias, perhaps), a lot of roasted malt, coffee, vanilla, sugars, grain and more roasted malt all noticeable near the end. Aftertaste shows a very pungent nutty finish with good malt coverage and some obtuse sweetness along with a touch of the alcohol pungency, but this really is all about the peanut butter. If I can stomach this after 90+ degree F hot days in Waikiki then it’s a pretty good option in any weather! I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Safeway in Honolulu (Waikiki - Kapahulu), O’ahu, Hawaii a few minutes ago on 22-August-2016 for US$7,99 sampled a few minutes later in my hotel room in Waikiki while eating poke on 22-August-2016.

12 fl oz can at home in Richmond as ’Belching Beaver Peanut Butter Milk Stout’, 5.3%, undated. My first Belching Beaver. Opaque black with a diminishing brown head, dotted lacing. Aroma is Snickers bar, the promised peanut butter, touch buttery. Smells nice. Body is fairly light, smooth, soft carbonation. Taste is smooth and lactic, red peanuts, milk powder, some chocolate syrup, touch spicy in the finish with a balancing bitterness. The flavour is a bit sweet and thin for me, but the overall impression is quite good.

A light, slightly dirty peanut butter aroma. Looks fine. Unfortunately the flavor on this is terrible. Extremely dirty flavor, with a bit of sourness thrown in. Cannot understand the high score of this at all. Total drain pour

Can at home (best before?/canned on? ??/19/15). Pours dark with a beige head. Sweet aroma of caramel, American peanut butter, light roasted malts, chocolate, lactose. Taste is moderate sweet, light bitter, caramel, malts, American peanut butter, chocolate, lactose, light roasted towards the end. Quite full, smooth mouthfeel for the abv. Aftertaste of lactose, oats, peanut butter, light chocolate. Not bad. Should try a fresh one.

This review is of a bottle between 5 and 10 months old. Pours a pitch black body, head is 1/4th of an inch and tan. Lacing and head retention were above average. Smell is of melted reeses pieces candy, peanut butter, milk chocolate, chocolate syrup, basically dessert in a glass. Getting a tiny bit of roasted malt, no hops or alcohol. Taste is not nearly as appealing as smell. Dont know if I waited too long to drink it but peanut butter kinda faded and tasted almost artificial. Sweetness from dextrose comes through nicely, milk chocolate and roasted malt make up for peanut butter flavor. As in smell, no hops or alcohol detected. Mouthfeel was medium bodied and well carbonated. Oats provided nice smoothness, head stayed around for a little bit. Overall, this beer smelled amazing, had a great mouthfeel, but didnt quite taste authentic like big gruesome or horny goat peanut butter porter. Would like to try this again fresh to see how much of a difference that makes.

Lata 33 cl en el Lupulo 15..07..2016. (r284).

UPDATED: JUL 23, 2016 Can. Huge hazelnut coffee cream aroma. Starts mellow then gets nuttier chocolatier and bitterer with time. Really more sweet roasted hazelnut than peanut butter but it?s very silky and smooth. Like a mildly bitter latte. If you like coffee flavored milky stouts this one is delicious.

Bottled 05.09.16. Poured 07.18.16. A: It smells like a butterfinger. A: Black body with lots of red in the glass. Super fizzy head that recedes to not a trace of foam. T: Grape, plastic, and an artificial nuttiness. P: Very fizzy and astringent. O: The aroma was promising, but the taste is odd and all over the place. Despite the label describing natural flavors, it tastes artificial. Drain pour.
