COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is brewed with a variety of specialty hops that are hard to find with today’s shortages, including the evasive Simcoe. This beer is clean, brisk and lighter than some with just the right amount of residual hops. The rye adds a spicyness to its malt flavor. Awesome!

Slightly hazy golden red with a medium sized offsite head that dissipates quickly. Evergreen pine and slight candied citrus hop dominates the aroma. "C" hop flavors up front, muddled by light ale fruit and a tang characteristic of rye in the malt bill. Lingering pine and citrus hop flavors in the finish, but with a rather soft tone. Mouthfeel is medium light, on the dry side.

Bomber from Bine & Vine (but without "Bite" on the bottle; explanation on back of bottle). Pours light clear copper with a creamy/foamy beige head. Pine/citrus aroma. Med body or better. Flavor is pine/citrus, light fruit and rye spice. And malt. Pretty dry. Pretty hoppy. Pretty tasty.

Vintage: 2014 Appearance: Cloudy amber with brown tinge; fluffy, off-white, quickly-dissipating head; good lace Smell: Pineapple; Mango; Rye spice Taste: Pine; Apricot; Rye; Lingering Bitterness Mouth-feel: Low carbonation; Medium body; One note Overall: Really good, but not great RIPA. Lacks in complexity. One note, a good note, but one note doesn’t make a song.

Perfect dark orange with three fingers of head. Piney, fruity hops with a touch of rye spice on the nose. Very approachable on the palate, but still hoppy with a great rye note. Very well done.
