COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our milk stout is light to the taste yet frothy and silky. It starts with a slight coffee roasted beginning and tapers down to a residual sweetness to finish you off. Enjoy our Nitro or Co2; come in and make the comparison, it may surprise you. Specialty malts include: Barley, Dark Malts, Rolled Oats.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a near black with tannish head. Chocolate, roast, light coffee, and some sweetness. Medium to light body, but creamy mouthfeel.

Tap at the brewery. Rating #3. I always like a good sweet stout and this one was pretty good. Clean with touch of sweetness, good stuff. (2641)

On tap at Urge in RB/Poway. Thin black pour with quickly fading tan head to not much lace. Nose is sweet dark malt. Taste is dark sweet and coffee, but more sweet. Bit of nuttiness as it moves. Not much in the back. Light like a milk stout should be, I guess.

Almost black in color with a khaki head. Nose has a pleasant sweetness to accompany a strong roasted malt aroma. Lots of dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and coffee, too. Light earthy hop notes. Tastes a touch bitter up front, but a fairly good sweetness, too. Some coffee grounds, dark chocolate, plenty of roast, and the same earthy hop character. Could be a touch sweeter, but pretty nice overall.
