Excellent traditional milk stout! Appearance is a large thick tan head that slowly settles, some lace and an opaque black brown color. aroma is malt, Cocoa, roast. Flavor is like aroma and is just spot on for the balance between sweet bitter and tang. Excellent palate. Finish and overall this beer is basically faultless. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the Beer Baron. It pours a dark brown color with a tan head. The aroma is nice and strong with roasted malt and some balancing sweeter chocolate notes. The flavor is full bodied and intensely roasted. A little dirty and ashy but it has a nice sweet silkiness and strong cocoa. Very tasty.

Black pour. Big tan head. Quick to fall. Not much lacing. Chocolate and coffee aroma. Same with the taste. Smooth and creamy finish.

Bomber. Pours almost black with a decent tan head. Aroma of malt, chocolate, and coffee. Taste is roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, and some caramel. A bit sweet, but then it is supposed to. Well made and would buy again.

Black pour, tan head, decent lace/retention. Aroma is chocolate, roast, caramel, lightly hoppy. Medium bodied, moderate to low roast bitterness. Pretty nice.

On tap at the Barrel Republic. Appearance: Opaque black-brown with a durable tan head that leaves patterned, sticky lacing. Aroma: Dark roasted malts with coffee and dark chocolate. Some complexity. Flavor: Moderately rich. A bit too sweet but otherwise quite good, and some bitterness (and faint smoke) kick in for the aftertaste. Feel: Medium+ body with good light carbonation. O: True to style, albeit with a touch of smoke, and worth trying.

Shared with Zach, pours a dark black color with a java colored head. Nose is sweet mocha and deep vanilla malt. Taste is sweet, with a mocha coffee flavor. Very drinkable, ends on the same sweet flavors with some mild lingering. This one will sweeten you up for sure. Quaff Score 7 / 10

Bomber. Pours black with a brown head and sweet chocolate and roasted malt aroma. Taste is sweet as well, creamy with lots of chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, and some vanilla leading to a sweet, roasty finish. Very drinkable stout

As far as milk stouts go, this one falls flat... However, it ironically is very carbonated for a milk stout. It might be a good intro into stouts, but nothing further than that. Watery ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
