Pale piss yellow, too clear, not much head and virtually no aroma at all.
The surprise here is that it tastes way better than it looks and smells ( and that isn’t saying much" but id does have a light fruity spritzy almost cidery ale like taste...dry and light...inoffensive no off tastes but not a whole lot to distinguish it either.
Viper666 (422), Greenfield Park, Quebec, Canada Sep 13, 2007 Bouteille 341ml. Haggisboy (9), Montreal, Canada does not count May 5, 2007 I really don’t know how this little gem has gotten such a poor overall rating, but I found this beer to be quite enjoyable and better than your average Quebec micro-brew, and vastly superior to anything belched out by the major Canadian breweries. It straddles the line between a typical Canadian domestic beer and a fine European import. Brewed in the Pilsener style, this beer has aroma and taste, with a nice chewy head and clean finish. A great summer beer, even though the label evokes an image of winter. No residual esters and a uniform taste, make this a nice alternative to those tired of the Mooseheads and Alexander Keiths of the Canadian market. blankboy (2570), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Apr 22, 2007 Bottle. Wow, that is one crappy looking label, sheesh. Pours a pale yellow-gold with a small diminishing white head. Very mild aroma is sugary sweet and corny -- at least it’s clean but there’s practically nothing there and what is isn’t very good. Watery flavour is also kind of sweet along with the aforementioned corn -- it’s so bland and flavourless it borders on the ridiculous. Light bodied. There’s wasn’t really anything awful about this beer except for how damn boring it is -- what’s the point of an odourless and flavourless beer?
