Aroma: Gooseberry, strawerberry, chalk, yoghurt, hints of farest fruits, apple, very gentle aroma, suggesting good pilsener, a little bit honey, grainy, a little bit hoppy, very mild aroma, oil. Indegrients are well balanced, some hints of alcohol but really hints, very gentle, pineapple, fruity, redcurrant, some hints of carbonation, citrusy.
Flavour: Tangy, bitter, almost sour, nice hoppy nose, very gentle flavuor, dry on palate, balanced and the flavuor is not monodimentional, nice malty base, malty sweetness in the backgrount, well balanced with contrasting dry, bitter hoppy nose. This pilsener is quite drinkable. Gives the impression like made of soft, nice water, going smoothly together with sweet, malty base. Hops are a bit floral in this beer, it is good for strenghtening your apetite as it is nicel accidic and tangy on palate. At finish, when the beer is warm it has very flowery and sweet soft floral aroma. Really very nice.
