can. Clear golden, medium-size head. Dwa razy chmielone - which results in a nice flowery and perfumy hoppy nose. Solid malty body with perfumy and flowery hop flavours, not bitter but intensively hoppy. Dry and lingering finish.A well-rounded and very pleasant Polish beer.

Süßer, minimal würziger Geruch. Leicht süßlich-hopfiger Antrunk, spritzig, was aber relativ schnell weicht. Minimal alkoholiscer Mittelteil, würziger Nachgeschmack, der dennoch sehr lasch wirkt, dazu muffig. Test vom 29.4.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,6,6,6,7,6 - 6,15

Bottle brown, 500 ml, extract of wort 11, 8%
Appearance: Head is large in size, gray- white, rocky, irregular in structure, fair lacing, head is slowly diminishing, carbonation is low, flat beer, suggesting easy drinking. Body is medium, gold in colour, not strong, quite transparent but not perfectly.
Aroma: Gooseberry, strawerberry, chalk, yoghurt, hints of farest fruits, apple, very gentle aroma, suggesting good pilsener, a little bit honey, grainy, a little bit hoppy, very mild aroma, oil. Indegrients are well balanced, some hints of alcohol but really hints, very gentle, pineapple, fruity, redcurrant, some hints of carbonation, citrusy.
Flavour: Tangy, bitter, almost sour, nice hoppy nose, very gentle flavuor, dry on palate, balanced and the flavuor is not monodimentional, nice malty base, malty sweetness in the backgrount, well balanced with contrasting dry, bitter hoppy nose. This pilsener is quite drinkable. Gives the impression like made of soft, nice water, going smoothly together with sweet, malty base. Hops are a bit floral in this beer, it is good for strenghtening your apetite as it is nicel accidic and tangy on palate. At finish, when the beer is warm it has very flowery and sweet soft floral aroma. Really very nice.
Palate: The finish is medium, chalky, light in alcohol (though the carbonation is becoming quite lively on palate. A little bit dry.

sayravai (4548) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 20, 2006
(Bottled) Clear golden color with a small, but creamy-foamy and lacy head. The bubbles rise slowly and beautifully, one by one. Faintly grassy-buttery, mild and acidic aroma. Sweetish, honey-buttery-malty flavor with not much hops. Quite light-bodied, but not watery, pretty carbonated palate. Uninteresting, but quite clean and at least somewhat malty lager.

UPDATED: JUN 20, 2006 New Frater - quite good. Big, bubbly and partially disappearing head, some herbal aroma. Fruity notes, slight bitterness and honey flavour, fortunately not too much carbonation. Nice, but I reckon the blue one with higher ABV is better. Well made anyway.
