Bottle brown, 500 ml, extract of wort 16,3%
Appearance: Head is off-white in colour, huge because of yeast, head is creamy, quite regular, gives decent lacing, head is long lasting and very slowly diminishing. Body is cloudy, color of body is smoked, dark amber. Body is hazy. The beer has very firm head.
Aroma: Chalky, strawberries, fresh, creamy, forest fruits, very fruity aroma, rather non existant hoppy flavuor, wils strawberries, carbonated nose, a little bit metallic, yeasty a little bit, medicinal nose, a little bit banana nose due to yeasts.
Flavour: Initially alcohol (a strong beer- 7,6% abv.) though the beer goning smoothly but is still quite strong and sweet. Harsh in alcohol as if it has about 9- 10 % of alcohol, some hints of yeast, honey, malty aweetness, alcohol is dominating and killing the other tastes of fruits. Flavuor is very unbalanced and one dimentional, fruits with malted barley and alcohol, some yeast. Flavuor like the beer with addition of unblended vodka! My GOD!
Palate: Lively, in the aftertaste you can feel bread, strawberry nose, wild strawberries, sweetness, alcohol warmth, a little bit accidic on palate, malty nose. It is hard to say if it was a flavuor of ale or something else. The alcohol was killing very brutally the beer taste. Some notes of rasin and quite long finish.
