Bottle. Creamy white fair mostly deminishing head. Strong cinnamon/ginger aroma. Doesnt smell like beer. It doesnt taste of beer either. Long finish alas.

Pours clear golden with a off white head. Cinnamon, ginger and orange. Syrupy and watery.

Ungewöhnlicher aber leckerer Geruch. Das Bier schmeckt am Anfang recht süß, ab dem Mittelteil ist das Zimt zu schmecken. Im Nachgeschmack wird das Ganze dann noch einmal süß. Ein Bier wohl eher nicht, aber das Produkt gefällt mir durch seine Spritzigkeit und dem ungewöhnlichen Aroma. Test vom 2.9.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 4,12,12,13,11,12 - 11,30

500 ml bottle. Clear golden yellow colour, thin white head. Aroma of apples and ginger, with a hint of cinnamon. The flavour is sweet, reminiscent of spiced apple juice, and has some unpleasant metallic elements. An unusual beer, and not in a good way.

Bottle 500ml. Very clear pale amber colour. Aroma is similar to mead, with additional ginger, musk. Taste has cinnamon, citrus, ginger. Light carbonation and overall mouthfeeling, sugary sweet and no malt at all.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of ginger and cinnamon. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of cinnamon and some ginger. Not to my liking. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Golden colour with a small white head. Strong ginger aroma. The flavour is mostly sweet ginger with notes of cinnamon.

Strong ginger in thenose. White head. Pale golden colour. Strong ginger taste. Also cinnamon notes. Bitter hoppiness. Not very good. A 0.5L bottle from local shop.

Bottle green, 500 ml, ext. 11.8 P, No. 550. Pours pale golden to yellow, moderately carbonated body with faint, unstable head, white, quickly decreasing from average to mediocre, foamy in texture. Aroma denotes sweet - focused a bit dry, papery, strong ginger, syrupy notes with spicy aromatic, cirtusy lemony hints mixed and composed into a cinnamon aroma. Flavour is strongly sweet, syrupy with cloing finish but what makes it better is moderate carbonation and citrusy notes. Medium bodied, quite unusual, sophisticated and elaborated taste. Finish duration is moderate to long.

Clear golden with tiny off white head. Sweet aroma with lemon and cinnamon notes. Very sweet flavor with loads of lemon and cinnamon. Ends sweet.

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2008 Bottled. Pale yellow, airy head. Strong gingersnaps aroma. Very sweet with medium body juicy, concentrated gingersnaps (ginger + cinnamon) flavour. Sticky and very lemonady, cloying finish.
