UPDATED: MAY 7, 2008 500ml bottle (K market)
Orange, fizzy. Bland aroma. Fizzy palate. Bland lagery taste - creamy, some ginger but not too caricatured. A bit too fizzy, not offensive though. A bit shandy-ey.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled. A light golden coloured headless beer. This is just right. A sweet lager with refreshing ginger. More ginger in the nose than the taste, but itís there and provides a nice hit. So very refreshing and moreish. This could never get boring. Nothing harsh at all like some ginger beers can be. Itís lovely folks, come on!

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle picked this up at Witney, Waitrose, 20-01-08 Pours a mid golden colour with medium carbonation. The taste whilst not unpleasant is a little too commercial and the ginger tastes more powder like than root ginger. Rather to sweet as well for my liking but it slipped down ok

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottled, 500ml, pasteurised from Waitrose, Witney, Oxon. Gold to Ginger with short white head, highly carbonated. Is it beer? Itís certainly quite strange but not unpleasant. It tastes a little lemonade like, fizzed, with a background sweetness and a tangy, hot ginger note. Light and thin, but as i say not totally unpleasant.

1.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
330 ml bottle. Light golden colour. Clear, but there is a little something that resembles a haze. Small white coarse head. Strong ginger and lime aroma. Crisp carbonation and a sharp ginger flavoured bite. Light-bodied. Reminds me a little of a vodka infused drink, except there is very little alcohol in this beer. Very fizzy texture. Green citrus aftertaste. Finishes somewhat sweet with fruit syrup flavours. Very odd indeed.

1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle. Pours a clear, golden, with a minimal white head. The aroma has lime and ginger, and I canít find anything else, thus making it as interesting as a German radler. The flavor is mostly the same, with a little bitterness in the background. Medium to thin body. Sweetish, lime-like finish with a little ginger note. I can understand that someone wantís to brew something like this, but why on earth would a Norwegian importer go for this when there are at least 10000 other, more interesting beers available on bottle?
