Appearance: Head initiall appearance is rocky and frothy white in colour, giving quite good lacing. Head decreases from small-average to a small crown on the top of the body after not a long time. Body is clear and sparkling but less intensively than in ’Wojak Mocne’. Body looks average in density and is quite large in size, it’s colour is classic amber.
Aroma: Grainy, sweet malty, alcoholic, fat and heavy suggesting redy ’a beer’ quite strong stuff in many parameters and what’s very nice by the way not for a big prise, only 2,85 zl. Aroma is nearly the same as of ’Wojak Mocne’ but very intensive. You can smell alcohol and chalkyness, citrus hops but only a hint that is very small and covered by alcohol mixed and quite good balanced by the way with malted barley. White wine grapes, alcohol but not spirit-like, more wine-like, fruity, heavy and suggesting sweet taste. A hint of lime and grapefruit is also present, generally quite well as for that kind of beer.
Flavour: The negativ aspect is that it is almost harsh alcoholic, of course there are beers of 9% of alcohol but this alcohol is well hidden, there are porters. This one is however the best of the strongest light beers, it is drinkable as for 9% to some extend. Taste is very intensive and heavy, almost syrupy texture, you can touch the grains of barley with your mouth, what is a wonderfull experience for me, you can really ’them’ in the aftertaste when the alcohol heavyness is gone by moderate sweetness, heavy to harsh alcohol, finish duration is long.
Palate: Body is medium to full, texture is syrupy (alcohol and sweet stickyness), carbonation is rather soft and finish feel is heavy to harsh alcoholic, sticky sweet, grainy (very nice of it).
