3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Belgoobeer’s third, with off-white, creamy head and cloudy darkish blonde colour, tending towards amber. Nutty aroma with a sweet, caramel-candy like touch and hints of pear, flowery hops and amaretto. Fruity, sweetish, apply taste, hints of melon and sherry, nutty malts, peppery hops in the end with a long, moderately bitter finish.

Bottled. Rich, fruity, complex, the extra hops have done wonders for the beer. Some sweet cherries in there sowmewhere.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
33cl cooled option@Délices & Caprices, Bxl 24-04/2014. Pours fluffy and drinks like a kindergarten triple, easy, with a pillowy pils malt base. Hops sprinkled on (BE) white bread yeast like soap foam, a common Belgoo trait. Not all malt base has been turned into body, liquid sugar has been added to amp the abv, which remains nearly noticeable. Pleasant enough, with more aroma potential within its abv range: lacks in complexity and/or subtlety what it delivers in near-mindless drinkability, a légère art in itself in this style.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle 33cl. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Fresh pine tree, hops and hints of yeast in the nose. Taste has. Hints of metallic in the beginning, which luckily disappeared after a few minutes. Nice body. It is a dangerous beer,a s you have no idea that this is an 8% beer. Drinks too easy. Medium length. Rather high carbonization. Good beer, but not outstanding.
