33cl bottle from La Maison Belge, Puerto de la Cruz. Pours slightly hazy deep golden to amber with an off-white head. Aroma of malt, perfume, Belgian yeast, fruit, berries and spices. The perfumy elements seem to fade a bit after a while and the hops are more domination with fruits and hints of spices. A different Belgian, but nice one. Medium body and quite lively carbonation. Less sweet than expected, quite fruity and lightly yeasty with a nice bitterness in the finish. Alcohol is well integrated. Well balanced and quite refreshing.

33 cl bottle poured into a Chalice glass (caesar augusta glass, very similar to belgoo glass)
App--- hazy yellow/orange colour with a big white head very persistent (foamy and micro-bubbles)
Smell----- honey, malt and a little bit of alcohol and hops (but not so hoppy as the label says)
Taste----- sweet malty, alcohol and not too bitter. Long and dry after taste.
M------- medium body and medium carbonation.
Overall---- not a strong presence of hops (advertise says ‘hoppy’ because the use of 4 hops). Nice ale but nothing special.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 kraddel (840) - deurne, BELGIUM - OCT 29, 2012
orange, hazey, amber. white foam. tastes like an amber ale, with more hops ( hoppy amber ale seems legit ) but sad thing is i dont think the amber beer they started with was that good... most hops went out since its more than a year old... diffrent than others, but not that great to me
