2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
From tap@Delirium. Misty yellow golden color with a perfect white head. Disgusting nose, Malts, but also "vomit" (sorry). Trying to get deeper in this, some wine liqueur, white sugar. Taste:interesting, Malts, spices, peppery, yeast sharpness, alcohol with a fry twist in the end. Metallic touch. MF:bitter, sweetish try. Carbonated but okey-ish. In the description I read now, 4 hops are mentioned. I can only assume this is a practical joke? Sry, but this beer ain’t it. Writing about hops and delivering are two different things.... The Belgoo beers are riding a big market cycle for me, knew them since long for just not good, did re-try them recently with a spike in the delirium offering and on the back of that, gave them another try. But, seems that all has been a big miss, so back down from here. By now, I am close to had enough. Thanks. (thank god only a tasting glass)

Yellow with good carbonation and ditto top. Dry hopping only influences the taste slightly. Body is light, taste is watery. Finish has more alcohol, some malts. No character

Bottle shared. Pours hazy dark golden with an off white head. Aroma of caramel, yeast, a strange meaty note and sweet fruits. Flavour is over moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Belgoobeer’s third, with off-white, creamy head and cloudy darkish blonde colour, tending towards amber. Nutty aroma with a sweet, caramel-candy like touch and hints of pear, flowery hops and amaretto. Fruity, sweetish, apply taste, hints of melon and sherry, nutty malts, peppery hops in the end with a long, moderately bitter finish.

Bottled. Rich, fruity, complex, the extra hops have done wonders for the beer. Some sweet cherries in there sowmewhere.
