Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate to heavy yeasty, belgian yeast, coriander. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spices, anis seed. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100604]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and hops as well as lighter notes of vinegar. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of hops and lemons, leading to a lightly sour finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity and mild yeasty. Fruity and yeasty. Peppery, yeasty and phenolic flavoured. Fruity and yeatsy into the finish.

Bottle 33 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Hazy amber golden with a dense off-white head. Sweetish fruity nose. Medium body, fruity and spicy with a little yeast and a distinct bitterness in the finish. 040610

Bottled (from beerplanet.eu). Deep ambery brown colour, small off-white head .Aroma is toffee, caramel, spices, mild alcohol, an some wooden and dusty notes. Flavour is quite much the same (as for the ones taking it sweet), with some mild leathery notes. One of the darkest tripels I’ve seen actually...

Draught at ZBF 2010. Hazy orange coloured with a small off white head. Fruity aroma of spices, tea, grass and yeast. Sweet and fruity flavour of grass, yeast and hops. Yeasty finish. Too yeasty.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty berry hoppy aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty weak hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty hoppy finish.

Bottle @ Johnny’s Off License, Rome. Pours unclear amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Yeasty and fruity. Full bodied. Flavor is yeast and cookie dough/buiscuit. Ok..

Hazy golden color; medium sized creamy head. The hop is quite aromatic, fresh in the front, but with some plastic and herbs later. Dry and carbonated mouthfeel; anonymous malt flavor, with some fruity hop and light spicy touch from the Belgian yeast; light herbal presence too; strong final bitterness.
Pleasant, but a bit strange.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, nuts, malt, fruits and hops.
