Poured a honey color with a moderate head. Lacing stuck to glass. Lots of sediment in this beer. Aroma has raisin, Belgium yeast, candy, orange. Light sweet, light bitter. Finishes dry. Soft carbonation. Nice aroma. Pretty good Belgium.

As this is my first attempt at writing a written review, I will be somewhat brief and will dispense with the pretense. I found this to be a fairly enjoyable beer. When Georgia first reformed its ABV laws I drank Belgian almost exclusively for 2-3 months. Thereafter, quality American beers began to to penetrate the market. In the past few weeks I have been sampling numerous Belgians, and have realized that my slavish devotion to IPA has kept me from numerous enjoyable beers. I found this beer a bit cloudy and lacking the punchy palate found in excellent Belgians. The aroma was terrific but masked a only slightly better than average taste. Will probably not buy again; unless, of course, my options are severely limited.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 teddybeer (563) - Madrid, SPAIN - SEP 30, 2011
Bottle 33cl. Murky amber colour with white head that maintains during all time. Aroma is malted, citrus, tropical fruits. Taste is citric, but at the same time is light sweet, proper of tropical fruits. On palate results a beer well balanced, not very hopped, with creamy texture and medium bodied. Very refreshing beer.
