Jul 5, 2008 (Bottled, 6.6% ABV) Opaque golden-orange with a small, firm head. Aroma of wheaty, sweetish malt with coriander and some yeast. Honey-malty, witbier-spicy flavor with some grassy-aromatic hops. Medium-bodied, somewhat foamy-carbonated, yet refreshing palate. A pleasant and refreshing ale, something between witbier and Tripel Karmeliet - although lacking the complexity of the latter.
