Robe blonde, belle mousse. Nez marqué par le houblon, le citron et la coriandre. Bouche tout en fraîcheur et en amertume avec une belle finale houblonnée. Une très belle saison raffraîchissante et équilibrée.

Shared bottle. Slight hazy straw with enormous white head that leaves quite some lacing. Lemon, very fruity hops, some spices with black pepper and cardamom. Light bitter and sour. Light to medium bodied with dry feel. Pretty nice beer.

Bottle. Typical saison pour with large (!) soapy foam head. Aroma is more IPA than saison: lemon, dried lemon, pineapple, lychee. The characteristic saison flavor does return in the taste, although only faintly: lemon, lemongrass, bitter lemon, kurkuma (turmeric), ginger. It really is a lovely refreshing taste, nicely blended. Only problem I have with it: it is not a saison. Aftertaste is neutral.

33cl bottle. Light golden color, thick frothy white head. Hay, spices and yeasty aroma, saisony, yes. Pleasant. Flavor has hay, wheat, peppery spicyness. Light in flavor, but they are there for one to discover. The high carbonation makes it a litle tough to drink at first. Well made saison despite the low abv.

Pale yellow, bubbly vith very rich creamy white head. Malt and citrus aroma. Very light refreshing taste, with light but lasting bitterness and strong citrus (grapefruit) notes. Carbonated.

Bottle of 33cl, in a Trappist glass; drinked @Brassicole 2015. Beer with a bitter taste, great but usual aroma and colour with a fuzzy head. Forgettable palate. Nice beer, go try it !

(Bottle, Delirium Café, Brussels, 24 Oct 2014) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with bread, grass and citrus. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, grass, a touch of tropical fruit and a fresh bitterness in the finish. Light to medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty, on the light side. Quite nice.
