Dry hopped microbrew with both wheat and barley, radiating blond summerly rural romance. Smells wonderfully of IPA-hops, freshly harvested hay and maybe some allspice. The hopping is surprisingly sharp, and plays together with a temperamental carbonation to start the taste experience with a kick. I approve of this brewery.

Bottle. Huge white sticky head. Nose is sour, green fruits - white grapes, apple, pear. Light. Not sure what I was expecting but certainly not so hoppy and not as fresh as a saison. Taste is medium hoppy but seemed like it could be more; going halfway made it somehow less. Alright.

Bottle shared. Pours very hazy golden with a big bubbly white head. Aroma of fresh soft citrus, light grassy touches, floral notes and a little saison yeast. Flavor is over light sweet and light moderate bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. A really nice refreshing summer beer.

Helder lichtgeel bier met veel schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en krachtig. Blijft lang hangen. Erg goed en smakelijk bier.

’Raw-hopped’ attempt at saison with off-white, sticky, mousse-like, thick and stable head and pale golden blonde colour with somewhat greenish hue, misty. Fruity and spicy aroma with impressions of wheat, apple, bread, lime zest, iron, white grapes, unripe peaches and grassy hops. Taste dryly fruity and sourish, clearly wheaty, green apple, strong carbonation, lightly yeasty, finishing in a mild grassy hoppiness without becoming actually bitter. More of an ’outdoor café beer’ (light, blonde summer ales popular in Belgium but usually not too complex) than a real saison to me - but perhaps this is precisely why the diminutive ’saisonneKE’ is applied...

On tap, 25cL. @Festival_de_Namur. A yellow opaque pale beer with a medium white head. Medium persistence. Aroma of fruits (lemon), herbs. Medium dry bitter. Light body, medium texture, average carbonation, dry bitter finish. Overall, yes, I enjoyed this saison ! Hoppy touch.
