Bottled@Delirium Café, Brussels. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, zesty, some funky mild spices and bready malts to it. Flavour is fruity, floral, wooden, toffeeish and some mild herbal and funky notes.

330ml bottle bought at BeYummi’s kiosk during "Lan Kwai Fong Beer & Music Fest 2015" in Central.

Looks: Cloudy hazy golden honey colour with a ring of dirt like yeast sediments; Explosive two and a quarter finger head and crumpety white foam which lasts for 3 minutes; Excellent sticky lacing with fizzy small carbonation.

Aroma: Very fragrant Pils malt, with banana, champagne, pineapples, grapes, vanilla, caramel, carbo, sugar, strong Bel yeast, very light lemon and faint grass. Nice!

Taste: Close to light sweet Pils malt, with notable tartness hints of caramel, thin orange notes, faint red fruits, molasses notes, strong yeast, lime, fairly strong bitter hops and strong grass.

Body: Medium body. Thick and creamy palate.

Mouth Feel: Strong and pretty rich maltyness in a thick and creamy background. The presence of tart wheatyness doesn’t deter its full-on barley feel. Fruity esters like orange and cherry are there but very mute for a Saison or a Belgian Blond. Dry-hopping gives you some very notable limey bitterness to round. Strange but not bad at all!

Hoppiness: Very light lemon and faint grass in nose. Lime and strong grass in taste; Bitterness is moderately strong for a lasting, quite astringent malty finish.

After Taste: Quite dry. Easy, creamy and fairly bitter to mouth.

Comments: This one has a surprisingly nice fruity champagne aroma, yet taste-wise is more like a hoppy English Golden Ale, more on the limey bitterness and mute on fruity ester. What’s more surprising is the rich and creamy palate yet refreshing with every sip, now that’s more like a Saison. Unorthodox, but a neat one to have!

Bottle 330ml (Saveur)
Hazy yellow color, big white head. Fruity pineapple spicey aroma. Light-bodied. Grapefruit/spicey tartness, sweetier fruityness. Lingering grapefruity bitterness. Nice beer for this ABV. Perharps more like Belgian ale or Belgo IPA than Saison.

TET (2162) - FINLAND - AUG 8, 2015
A lemon yellow beer, a head is very big and blond. Aroma has nicely fruitness from both of yeast and hops, some tropical fruits and lemon, also spices. The great aroma. Taste is fruitful, some grassy and flowery hoppyness, some sourness. Medium bodied, strong carbonation. Great richness even the low alcohol %. Balanced, refreshning and just the great beer.

75 cl. Semi clear yellow, gigantic white head leaving tons of lacings. Aroma is fresh cut grass, citrus, slight spices, hay. Taste is sour with citrus yet with a fresh bitter rustic bite, light bodied with medium carbo, finishes dry and mid slight bitter. Refreshing for its ABV and does have some of that complex saison feel.
