Can. An amber beer with a huge very dense light tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt as well as some flowery hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and dusty and flowery hops, leading to a lightly bitter finish. The mouthfeel is very smooth due to the nitro can.

Papsoe (22948) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 19, 2010
Can 50 cl. Nitro. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a beautiful clear amber with a dense and very creamy off-white head, lacing with good retention. Aroma is discreetly nutty. Thin body, low in carbonation, a little caramel, roasted malts and nuts with a faint hoppiness in the finish. Not much going on here, but at least clean compared to bottle fermented Bitters. 190310
