Draught in Pazzeria, Milan, carbo-nitro
Black color with creamy beige head. Nice aroma, some roasted malt, caramel, fudge. Low carbonation; Mild flavor of dark malts, not too dry, and moderate chocolate; ordinary bitterness. Light final, because of the nitro.

Light bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Light sweet finish, some bittersweet cocoa, more tobacco, burnt sugar, faint leaves and dirt. Somewhat light on character but overall not bad.

Bottle. A dark, reddish brown beer with some dense, off-white to light beige bubbles on top. Malty nose with some roasted hints. Quite weak. The flavor is pretty much the same, it’s quite dry on the palate, medium bodied, and with some dried fruits as well as roasted malts. Coffee too. Lasting finish. Overall, rather boring, but sure boring. 130202
