AshtonMcCobb (931) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 18, 2011
Draught @ the Mill Bank, Coulter. Pours a golden-orange wih gentle bubbles and a reasonable head. The nose has raisins, malt and a hint of grapefruit. The taste has grapes and then malt. The palate is medium bodied, quite creamy and then the finish is a bit more malt than hops. Overall, this is quite good initially but it is let down by the finish.

Stephanos (863) - NORTHERN IRELAND - JUL 12, 2011
A slightly sulphorous and English hop bitterness on the nose with an initially malt sweetness and lemon. This becomes progressively more bitter with a crystal malt finish and underlying flintiness. Medium amber with a fluffy white head which collapses to a thin lacing. Draught at royal Macintosh, dunbar.

Cask at Iso-Bar. Poor. Looks fine but it is poor. Malt and very little hop. Tangy. Acidic. The last one I’ll drink.

Golden beer, with thick white head.....Aroma - very light, whiff of sweet malt not much else.....
Taste of cereal malt, bit of caramel, very bland.....Finish of almost nothing.
Drinkable, no unpleasant aromas or flavours, but very bland and virtually nothing - below average bitter ZZZzzzzzz

Had this on tap at Flying Saucer. Was really good, though not as hoppy as a traditional IPA. The initial taste was sweet with roasty malts notes. Ended with a bittersweet taste. Not bad.
