bottle. an old favorite beer. Not much of a head. Well balanced with nice slightly burnt malt flavor with a mild hop finish.

Pours a clear amber color with a thin creamy head. Light malty aroma. Quite smooth, nutty, malty and also a bit bitter. Light body and mouthfeel. A bit too light for me, but it was a decent beer.

Hmmmpf, nothing to write home about here. But I will write a bit here I guess. An amber color and light brown head give way to malty aromas and malty on the palate. Average, but drinkable.

Pint on nitro - Mild aroma of toasted malts and toffee. Pours transparent brown with a medium lasting nitro head. Flavor is malty, sweet toffee and caramel with a touch of nutiness. Palate is creamy and smooth. Nothing to get excited about, but tasty enough to go well with my meal.
