Cask @ St. Kitty’s, Helsinki. Very mild malt aroma. Taste watered-out pear juice. Dark copper colour, a real ale-style white head.

Somewhat discoless. Perhaps a tree with a shoe and a car which doesnt go, i think a large cake with little cheese. One part of me says this is false and well if cows do fly then i am indeed disco...

<a href=http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/67/679/Star/Godalming> Star, Godalming A full flavoured malty bitter served in very good condition in a quirky pub during a great game of bar billiards. This is probably one of my most pleasant experiences with a Belhaven beer, bottled or cask.

Cask at Cambridge Blue in Cambridge.

Pours a light orangish yellow with a virtually non-existant aroma that perhaps hints of a British session ale but I don’t know how much of that was actually simply my imagination. I’ll give it a 4 simply because I didn’t pick up anything unpleasant, either, so that puts it out ahead of most US macros. The flavor is a mild a bitters / blond ale: slightly sour, a tad metallic, and wholly unimpressive; the mouthfeel, for its part, is staggeringly thin. I’m certainly not moved by this beer in any way.
