A full-bodied and malty ale with a rounded, smooth fruit palate and a tight, creamy head that laces all the way down the glass. Rich in colour with a smooth, creamy texture and a distinctively strong flavour.

This stuff is sweet to the taste mild after taste, and it goes down so smooth. Cheap for what you get

A satisfying amber ale. Sweet dry and refreshing. Crystal clear amber ale. Malty, with a yeast character. Quite light but nice and balanced. Biscuity and creamy. Really nothing special but decent.

355ml Flasche. Dunkle Bernsteinfarbe, flacher Schaum. Röstmalz und etwas Trockenobst. Geschmack erst süsslich, dann bitter. Insgesammt zu wässerig.

Rich, roasted malt flavor. Hints of fruits and, strangely, chocolate. Taste and aroma lighten as you progress. Keeps a nice creamy head.

Bottle from Meny (Amager), Copenhagen - Amber pour with off white head. Aroma and taste is sweet and toasty malty, some caramel and toffeish sweetness, light herbal twiggy hoppy nuances, pretty thin mouthfeel. Basic stuff. ---Sent via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Copenhagen 5/11 2015. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Happy golfer on the label swinging away. Pours copper brown with small white head which evaporates pretty fast. Aroma is pretty neutral. Some caramel sweetness. A little skunky. Suprisingly strong carbonation and watery palate. Taste is caramel sweet and well balanced by bitterness. Aftertaste is short and sweetish. Not bad - but not particulary interesting either. Just like golf.

Bottle. Pours clear amber chestnut with low white head. Aroma is malts, biscuit and caramel. Taste is malty, nutty and abit of bread. Nice, but the palate could have been much better.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours almost clear amberred colour with a stable, off-white head. Hoppy, floral, fruity aroma. Buttery malty of biscuits flavour with some caramel, fruits and hops. Smooth, nice balanced mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Ends slight woody with grass in semi bitter, dry finish. Quite nicely.

Inviting great ale with a foam that is quickly vanishing. Easy bubbly carbonation. It has a soft and subtle aromas of flowers and malt, and the taste is also characterized most of malt like the subtle hint of flower. Hop bitterness is modest but present a pleasant balanced shape. The finish is mediocre. I do not think it differs moreover from many other ale. Reminiscent in many ways the usual English ales. This does not mean it’s boring. I could, for instance. well buy it again to a summer night where the menu is on the barbecue.
