Cavie (1318), Fort Worth, Texas, USA Aug 4, 2009 Slightly hazy orange pour. Obvious presence of hops that carries for awhile. Decent taste that has a good hop profile. Pretty good, slightly harsh on the finish. unibrouefan (124), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada Aug 1, 2009 Acheté à la SAQ du Marché Jean-Talon à Montréal. En bouteille. 6.1%. En général, pas mauvais, mais je me serai passé du bitter de cette bière. Acidité et amertume moyenne. Arôme de chocolat, muscade et estragon. Effervescence nulle. Bière de couleur doré-orangé. Densité faible. Mousse pratiquement inexistante. Saveur de bitter, mais surtout d’épice...il y a beaucoup d’épice. ghawener (953), San Salvador, El Salvador Jul 31, 2009 Bottle: Is it an IPA or APA?? Herbal and earthy. Nice not great. Food Pairing: Shepard’s Pie. carruthm (1112), Seattle, Washington, USA Jul 29, 2009 Clear orange with pale head. Light citrus aroma light bitter taste. Not very potent but okay. troopie (851), USA Jul 20, 2009 Draught. Poured medium broen with thick beige head. Floral aroma. hoppy flavour but more subdued, with much caramel. At times, it was more like a Scotch ale than the English IPA it was billed as. Lasting bitter-dry finish. TheSponge (272), Lynnwood, Washington, USA Jul 18, 2009 500 ml bottle purchased at Food Emporium. Pours a golden orange color with an off-white head. Flavor: Bold hops, a hint of pepper, and malt sweetness. T2Tool (352), Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA Jul 18, 2009 Thought this was a fairly good beer. Poured from a bottle into a glass. Nothing which stood out, but nothing that made me not want to have another one again. thirdeye11 (416), Texas, USA Jul 17, 2009 (Draught) pours amber with a nice head and good lacing. Nose is caramel and piney hops and the taste reflect the same. Lose bitterness and nice finish. Velvety like carbonation and weight. A nice IPA overall.
