Aug 1, 2009 Acheté à la SAQ du Marché Jean-Talon à Montréal. En bouteille. 6.1%. En général, pas mauvais, mais je me serai passé du bitter de cette bière. Acidité et amertume moyenne. Arôme de chocolat, muscade et estragon. Effervescence nulle. Bière de couleur doré-orangé. Densité faible. Mousse pratiquement inexistante. Saveur de bitter, mais surtout d’épice...il y a beaucoup d’épice.

Jul 17, 2009 (Draught) pours amber with a nice head and good lacing. Nose is caramel and piney hops and the taste reflect the same. Lose bitterness and nice finish. Velvety like carbonation and weight. A nice IPA overall.
