Bottle. Pours an amber golden body. Aroma is bitter hops, pine, light fruit. Flavor is a well balanced hop selection with some wood, spices, and has a nice bite to it.

This bottled brew from Indianapolis, IN poured a small sized head of foamy fine to medium sized mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a carbonated hazy brown colored body and an excellent thick sheet lacing. The aroma contained strong caramel and piney hop notes. The mouth feel was tingly from start to finish. It had a very nice caramel strong hop malt flavor. This brew is very good for an IPA and not over the top. Very quaff-able.

Poured from the bottle with a towering fortress of airy foam over a light orange brew. Nice little woodsy aroma of pine needles. Big smokiness comes out in the first swallow ... wow, this is a perfect fall beer for the fireplace ... outdoorsy ... pine, smoke, and a sweet maltiness. Nice!!

Amber color with a thin and creamy white head. Aroma of dry citrus. I was not expecting the high hit of peat in this drink! Only very slightly bitter and a decent malt backbone, but the peat rides in the driver’s seat. Did not strike me as an IPA, but damn tasty stuff.

Clear golden color, tan lasting creamy head. Hoppy fresh pine scent, also a bit citrus. Hoppy bitter taste, ratehr green. Smooth mouthfeel, high bitterness.

(Bottle) Sampled at the Central New York Brewfest in Syracuse, NY, on February 4, 2006. Honey hopped. Tall, creamy tan head with an orange amber body. Flacour is piney, raspberry and sweet malt. Flavour contained a milky caramel and the hops are weedy; like dandelions? Interesting, tasty but not pleasant.
