Bottle; Pasteurised. Has been seen on draught.
A refreshing example of an India Pale Ale from the master brewers at Belhaven. The blend of Cascade and Challenger hops combine to produce an abundance of fresh hop aroma that preludes a bitter-dry taste explosion. Crafted from nearly three centuries of brewing heritage at Scotland’s oldest independent brewery, this ale from Belhaven will have your taste buds tingling.

Spicy with a malty back character, I think this is an interesting beer but short in the hop depth I've come to appreciate in many American IPAs. Tasty nonetheless ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very good IPA with a good flowery bitter note nicely in balance with a light sweetness that I find unusual in an IPA. Should not be drunk too cold. Nice label, too.

Bottle pour. Clear golden with a decent white head. Citrus and floral aroma. Medium body. Floral, light citrus, and a slight hoppy aftertaste.

"too malty for an ipa, english or otherwise, though its a fairly well put together beer...just not the type of IPA I’ll usually go for. caramel and biscuit malt in equal or greater measure than light, fruity hops. A little weak on the feel, but pleasant aftertaste."

Bottle at home from backlog notes 07. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange color. The aroma and flavor are very malt forward, some caramel, toasted bread, hops are faded, grass, mild fruity, oxidation, how old is this, not something I would do again.

Tap at Lazy Dog. Pours a golden with a layer of cream colored head. Aroma of floral hops and bits of citrus. Taste of bitterness. Something seems missing to give it a more balanced taste.

Gold pour, thin white head. Nose is like fully green tea and honey suckle. Tastes like sweet green tea. a touch of honey and melon. Not too great but still interesting.

Bottle. Quite a pleasant IPA. Found it to be more sweet and less harsh than most IPA’s. Good amount of hop bite, with some sprucy citrus action going on. and lighter caramel malt taste. All and all this is good for any type of IPA lover from, the seasoned taster to the beginner.
