Blasphemies (45), Ontario, Canada Jun 27, 2008 draught: dark gold colour. Aroma of orange and hops. It is smooth mild flavor with a bit of hops, perhaps some spice to it and tiny bit of citrus. Will have again.
mansquito (608), Boston/Philadelphia, USA Aug 7, 2008 Quickly descending head that leaves a faire lacing. It has a nice light amber body. Doughy and citrusy aroma. The taste is slightly sour, but overall mostly malty. There is some hop presence, but not enough for it to be called an IPA. This beer tastes mostly like a good ESB. Slightly sweet and bitter elements, with a metallic finish. drjay44 (104), USA Aug 2, 2008 Lovely honey color, average head, mild lacing, pleasant non floral nose, a bit thin in the palate. Light on bitterness in keeping with its place of creation. Pleasant enough, but somewhat light for my palate. Beerman6686 (654), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 26, 2008 Poured a cloduy orangish yellow color with a white head. Aroma was very malty, much like an english IPA. Flavor was much the same, not so much a bad beer, but for an APA not very balanced tedovertu (105), Apple Valley, Minnesota, USA Jul 26, 2008 Clear gold body with a small head with little to no lacing. Pine/Spruce hoppiness that is not too dry. Light body with an average duration and a light bitterness. Well balanced not as hoppy as most IPA beers. This was very refreshing surprise. trokini (840), San Diego, California, USA Jul 21, 2008 Pours clear gold with a decent white head. Sharp, peppery hops that actually smell like a thistle. Astringent hop taste, reminiscent of an English IPA, with a decent amount of orange citrus flavors, and a sweeter, honey-malt finish. A pleasant surprise.
