500ml bottle shared by DuffManSW, thanks Sean. Dark amber pour with an off white head. Malty, slightly fruity, not a whole lot of aroma really. Thin, caramelly, some light fruitiness, nothing special.

I do not know what this beer is when tasting it at Ølbaren. I just order a beer from tap called "Belhaven Wee Heavy", but there is no explanation to it. Let’s see what I can dig out. I was kind of hoping for a Weisse when I order, and I guess it could be. Only it is dark, and not yeasty!? Dark mahogany with off-white head. Malty brown sugar, charamel. Quite creamy. Really really nice session beer (I hope since it does not feel very strong. I do not know what type of beer this is. It is clearly an ale, and I can now see at Ratebeer that it is a strong ale. Good "blind" choise.

17oz bottle from Peculiar Pub on April23,2009. Poured nice clear dark brown with hint of ruby. Mouth was medium and tastes malty, slight caramel, bready. Smooth and drinkable. Very happy with this, solid all around although nothing really got my attention. 3.45
