Aromat słodowy, przyjemny aczkolwiek niezbyt intensywny. Po ogrzaniu wychodzą nuty owocowe (wiśniowe) Piana gęsta, zdobi szkło ale szybko opada do niskiej. Klarowne, barwa ciemnomiedziana. W smaku karmelowe, słodkie. Nieco przypomina piwa świąteczne. Wysycenie niskie, podobnie jak goryczka. Bardzo pijalne, alkohol niewyczuwalny. Ogólnie dobre, ciekawe piwo, można jednak powiedzieć, że nieco "nudne".

330 ml bottle. 7.4% ABV. Deep mahogany brown color. Rocky beige head. Caramel malt nose has hints of dark fruit and toffee. Toasted malt flavor is smooth and buttery with toffee notes. Figs and brown sugar come to mind. Soft creamy mouthfeel. Well rounded and flavorful.

Bottle, 7.4%. Appearance is dark ruby, a half-finger beige head which lingers. Aroma- rich fruitcake, port, plenty of dark fruit, treacle, marzipan. Taste- cherry, sugary sweetness, raisin, boozy Christmas cake, sticky and syrupy, sweet marzipan. Wee heavy indeed.

This is a really good beer. Pours dark red, almost brown, little head and a very nice yeasty smell. Taste is very sweet, quite nice. A sweet aftertaste lasts.

This was poured into a thistle glass. The appearance was a nice looking hazy dark amber to brown color with a slim finger’s worth of foamy white head. Light lacing sticks and then slides. The smell had a nice blend of sweet and roasty English malts with a decent subdued caramel malts. A light meaty to somewhat peaty sweetness invades nicely. The taste was mainly the same - sweet meaty to peaty awesomeness rolling over my tongue in the flavor department. There’s a light sweet meaty aftertaste leading to a sweet wet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was there and decent for the style. Actually, a super nice sweet smoothness rolls over my tongue. Overall, this is good as a Wee Heavy/Scotch Ale. I dig this. I’d have it again.

Very round taste with the scotch ale typical caramel. Very fine pearl carbonation with hints of dried fruits. Nicely balanced.

Clear copper coloured beer with smallish head on top. Aroma has dried fruits and roasted aromas. A bit mild aroma. Taste is a whole lot better. There is chocolate, roasted flavours, caramel and syrup with some dried fruits. Body is medium and the carbonation is quite high.
