Belikin Stout is a rich black stout with a creamy, velvety head. This Stout has a bold, almost smoky mouth-feel, well balanced with a modest but pleasant bitterness. This voluptuous beer is made from Canadian malt, Belizean cane sugar, Carmel Coloring and German Hops

Sampled on a recent trip to Belize. Pours a clear brown color with thin head. Aroma is faint with notes of light chocolate, hay, honey, some faint spice. Flavor is about the same. Generally light to medium body with a light malt finish.

Pours a very dark brown with a thin tan head. Aroma is faint, but some sweet malts are noticeable. Flavor is sweeter than anticipated--lots of sweet malts and some molasses. A little thin for a stout, but given Belize’s climate, you probably don’t want a thick, heavy beer weighing you down. I have to admit I was impressed by this brew. It’s not a great stout by any means, but coming from a part of the world that makes very, very few darker beers, it was a very solid entry.

An interesting alternative to regular Belikin. Pours dark brown-black. Malty backbone, with nutty and light roasted flavors. Seemed a little watery for a stout, and you may be let down, but I wish every country that idolizes pale lagers had an alternative like this.

Still in Belize, and not a whole lot of variety- that’s ok this beer i can have many of. Pours a dark brownish black colour with a small tan head. Slightly nutty but for the most part just a little darker then the regular PL. Satisfying, rich and does the trick.

from a bottle in at a bar in Belize City. very nice dark color. A welcome respite from the drek normally served in this section of the world and on the cruise ship we were on. aroma much like a guinness, but is quite a bit thinner in keeping with the tropical climate. A definite flavorful beer for drinking a lot of in the intense sun of Belize.

Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. Smells roasty woth touches of earthy hints. Tastes a bit vegetal and overly sweet with some roast character that doesn’t compliment the the rest of the beer enough. A decent attempt at the style.

284 ml bottle. Pours almost black with medium tan head. Aroma is of light roast and hop. Taste is a little more bitter than expected with enough malt to balance it out nicely. Not a bad stout and I think it would be quite drinkable on a warm/hot day as well.
