Bang for your buck this is what to drink in Belize. Pour is very dark but thin with a medium head. Flavor is good but light so still ok on a hot day.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a black with a quickly disappearing head. Nose is sweet with cane sugar and toasted malt notes. Some dark fruits too. Taste is candi sugar, hints of roasted malts, and a light astringent bitterness. Watery mouthfeel. Drinkable but not very complex stout.

Had this at the 2014 RB Pittsburgh Summer Gathering at Horny Develís place. Actaully it was after the equinox at the beginning of fall, but DILLIGAF. Big thanks to James & Michelle for hosting such a nice spread of quality beers and for this particular beer a BIG thanks goes out to Michelle. Smooth aroma with no ill olfactory. Not quite black but dark enough and lucious looking enough for a 4. Very good sizzly co2 on the first uptake. A little ropey at times. Not real offensive and it lacks an y real ill attributes. Smooth tasting stout, pleasant. Overall and easy going, easy to take beer that is btter than most rated on this site. Yes, not that bad! Thanks Jamesí better half! heheheh.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle shared by Michelle. Brought back from a cruise. Pours a cola colored brown. Light stout aroma, roast, coffee, light smoke. Taste is slight bitterness, slight meaty flavor. I canít imagine going any darker for a beer in Belize.

284ml bottles in Belize and I had it on draft at ambergris brew company (sadly donít brew anything) in San Pedro on ambergris caye. The pour is very dark opaque brown with thin brown head. Aroma is of very little as it is always served ice cold.let it warm up and you get nuts and a little treacle. Taste is nice. Bar the chocolate stout,/this was the best beer in Belize. Nutty but a thin mouth feel. Decent after taste. Slightly bitter.

Bottle in Belize. Taste is very malty compared to the lighter lagers I've been consuming. Some roasted malt and notes of chocolate and coffee. A lighter version of a Stout bit nice taste.

Drank this in Belize on 11/26. This beer actually surprised me. It had a nutty smell with caramel smells. The taste was fairly decent with a good combination of malts and a sweet taste on the way down.
