2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Boystout (1000) - Chisinau, - AUG 17, 2004
Bottled. 6.8 Plato. Pale straw colour, dense head. Sour and hoppy aroma, an OK dryness and bitterness in the palate. The taste is forgettable next day.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 FatPhil (6205) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 3, 2011
500ml bottle (Araxes, Kalamaja)
4+ On pouring, a very weetabixy grainy aroma, but close up there’s tons of iron, old pennies, and stewed prunes.
2 Deep orange, fizzy brief head.
5 It’s just sugary weetabix juice! Fortunately I love weetabix, and would always have it with loads of sugar!
2 Thin palate, fizzy. Cold, it’s refreshing I’m sure, and has enough flavour to survive being cooled. Very brief finish, alas.
8 It’s kind of lacking beer, but low alcohols often have that. The aroma was its weakest attribute, it quenched my thirst pretty well.
0.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20 Abio (1129) - Waasland, BELGIUM - OCT 28, 2010
Thanks to Jef to bring me some Russian beers. Amber coloured, I got a medium head, but poured it in from a height. The head even holds for some time, and sticks to the glass. The smell is... bad... Vegetables, grain, unpleasant. I almost didn’t want to taste anymore. The taste is like the smell, bad, a bit like some bad tea or something. Please give me a wodka to flush this one away.

Bottle. Amber color, grassy aroma. Very foamy. Grainy sweet flavor. Possibly, it is beer.

0.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 1/20 larsga (4650) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 17, 2006
Small offwhite coarse head. Light brown body with carbonation. Sweet grain-soup and boiled vegetable aroma, with notes of wet cardboard. Taste is mainly sweetish wet cardboard, turning into powerful cardboard soup at the end, with an awful boiled cabbage off-taste. Dreadful. Didn’t finish, even though there is no alcohol, and I’m thirsty. One of the worst beers I’ve had. (0.5l bottle.)
1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 Jukkabro (3471) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 18, 2005
Golden color, little white head. Sweet, mildly apple and malty aroma. Ends with mildly dry mouthfeel and lasting apple flavor. Thin bodied.
