MdlB05: Clear yellow with a sparse white head, cereal and grain in the aroma, light bodied with lively carbonation.

Originally rated July 2005. Got this one in a special 15 pack Belle Gueule with the three other muskateers (Original, Pilsner, Rousse). Only made for the season of summer, it pours a golden lager colour. Good lacing, but not much carbonation. Head is creamy, same as the mouthfeel... quite refreshing. The nose is very light on the malt, but one I have never encountered before. The malt is also light in the taste, with a nice aftertaste, that is quite pleasant. Well brewed for summertime.

Nothing really special about this beer exept that it has a little refreshing hoppy flavour. But it’s good.

(341 ml) Zltá. Biela pena. Nosa a úst Typické letné pivo: pravidelné a veľmi prosté. Chuť je správne, tupá, ale osviežujúci. Povrchová úprava je ľahký, bez záujmu.

UPDATED: JUL 3, 2011 La couleur est convenable pour une blonde. Légère odeur de malt, et... c’est à peu près tout. Elle ne goûte pas grand-chose et, même si elle passe bien, c’est une bière plutôt ordinaire.

pours pale golden with a disappearing white head. cereals and very light hopping - herbal notes. light body - watery. bad.

Pours with a modest white head and a very yellow carbonated body. Soft aroma of fake wheat beer adjuncts and hops. Flavour is a whole lot of nothing; nonexistent! Mouthfeel is nice; very drinkable, only because there’s nothing as you drink it.

Bouteille de 341ml. Bière blonde dorée très claire, mousse blanche peu durable. Au nez elle est très discrète. La bouche est plus sur le malt que sur les houblons. Elle goûte les produits commerciales avec un petit plus.Ordinaire.

Bottle. Clear golden with a thick white head with very good retention. Aroma is herbal hops, slightly skunky aromas and and pale malt. Flavor is slightly sweet malt, herbal hops, bread with some astringency. Thin body with a powdery mouthfeel.

Pretty crappy summer beer. Aroma is skunky corn. Pours urine yellow with a thin white head. Taste is bland, weak body. Some yeast, wheat and malt. Everything is so weak that it tastes more like heavy water than good beer. Stay away from this.

Typical pale lager aroma, grainy, grassy, with a touch, and a very small touch of hops. Some slight malt in the flavour, but really, a boring beer, not very flavourful, just a notch above water.
