Poured from the bottle into a flute-type glass. A beautiful clear pinkish colour with a full head and good lacing. Aroma is of raspberry of course. A pleasant sourness in the taste.

I agree, much better then Mort Subite. As a mass-produced beer, this one is great.

Pink-tinted peach body with a thin head and mild carbonation for a lambic. Aroma of raspberries, roses, and leather. Flavor includes some botanical qualities and woodiness. Mine seemed surprisingly dry compared to other reviews. Soft and mild palate. A perplexing beer with widely varying reviews. Seemed decent and enjoyable to me. Then again, this follows shortly after the Sam Adams Cranberry Lambic that I had last night.

330 mL bottle poured red into goblet with pink champagne style head. Aroma of raspberries, initial taste sweet, raspberries finishing tart. Good carbonation and medium body gives a nice mouthfeel to this beer.

Bottle 25cl, a clear red beer with small reddish head. Nose is fruity and lactic. Aroma is very nice, fruity on raspberry, not too sweet, very drinkable and a bit lactic (yogurt aroma), one of the best fruit beer I had.

Sampled alongside Jacobins Framboise max. It comes out favourably.. it’s not as sweet (which is probably a good thing), the Raspberry is less overpowering, it has far more body, and it tastes more like a beer. Despite the less sweet character, it’s still a very accessible and easily obtainable fruit lambic.

Poured pinky red clear with foamy pink-white head. Lovely aromas of raspberry. Mildly tart raspberry taste with hop aftertaste. Smooth, though you can feel the fine carbonation in your mouth.

Another entry from Bellevue, with it’s sped up aging process and raspberry syrup, there’s better versions outthere, atleast they havn’t put it in cans yet.
