The aroma is mainly yeasty, with cherry notes. Low carb, no head, cloudy reddish color. Flavor of sour cherries and dried fruit, full-flavored but relatively simple. Easy drinking and refreshing.

Amber colour. Woody, flowery, sour aroma. Sweet, easy to drink, not sour like a real lambic. Undistinguishingly palate.

La gueuze a un goût de caramel ou de massepain, qui n’est pas jugé désagréable; le produit est pasteurisé, donc il est neutre et ne refermente pas en bouteilles...’

Re-Rate 12/28/01: I’ve learned to like Lambic’s, and find their complexity a joy. Dark yellow or amber if you prefer, nice head and lace, winish nose, fruity, tart. Start semi-sweet, the middle moderate, acidic and the finish dry and spicy.

colour: golden yellow. Beautiful foam. Aroma: floral, corn, dried apples. The taste is slightly fruity, quite flat and a little bit disappointing. The finish is short without much characters.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2003 Light tart, woody aroma. Amber color, white head, good lace. Light sweet, wheat but tasteless. Short light bitter finish.

Toasty Fruity finish

ALmost a candy aroma. Some sweet with a tart finish. Overall I thought this was a decent beer. Not overwhelmingly sweet.

Light, bland, slightly candyish example that quite frankly lacks any particular lambic character.
