3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A good gueuze for people who do not have a lot of experience with gueuze beer. It has a sour taste but not overwhelming and a sweet touch to compensate.
I would call it a light gueuze, ideally for warm summers

October 26, 2016. Bottle at home, best before October 3, 2016.
Light hazy amber with a very large creamy white head. Aroma is quite weak and sweet with some fruity and light funky notes, hints of peach, orange, apples, light malty character and just a whiff of funk. Taste is sweet, very light smooth tartness. Finish is sweet with hints of toffee, light tartness with some fruity hints, hints of apples, citrus. Medium bodied, soft to average carbonation.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
330 ml bottle @ Stadin Panimobaari, Helsinki. Pours amber-coloured with almost no head. Sweetish aroma with notes of acidity. The flavour is quite sweet and rather disappointing, one would except more sour taste from a gueuze. Slight hint of malt in the finish, in addition to more dominant yeasty notes.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
0.33 bottle. A clear, dark copper color with a small, off-white head. Aroma is primarily yeasty with pale malts, and some fruits - alright. Taste is sour, yeasty, and fruity - apples first and foremost. A light to medium body, a slick texture, and a lively carbonation. Finish is medium long, rather sour and not entirely bad. Overall the beer is alright but not much of a gueuze.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle, best before 3rd of september 2016. Dark orange with low, clear white head. Aroma of sourness, malts, and oak/wood. Taste is sour-sweet, wood, malts. The composition makes the whole beer feel somewhat off. Have been more impressed with other Belle-Vue beers.

Bottle of 25cl, in a Kriek glass; from the fridge.
It’s an usual beer, with a light, sweet gueuze taste, with no long taste nor after-taste. The colour is clear golden, with a light white head.
