3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 JanPrimus1982 (48) - Delft, - NOV 21, 2005
This gueuze looks very nice, long lasting head, nice colored body. Aroma is good, maybe somewhat lighter than other gueuzes. But the flavor is so disappointing, not even close to other gueuzes! Its a shame for this typical Belgian type of beer!

Bottle. Vintage 1991. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity slightly sour vinegar aroma. Sweetish malty weak sour flavor. Has a sweetish fruity finish.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 callmemickey (795) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 1, 2012
A: Pale golden-orange body. Large fluffy white head. Spotty lacing.
S]: Mellow wheat, orange, and pale malts. Not much else. No noticeable funk or must.
T: Bland. Basically the base of a wheat beer with no yeast notes. Just the tiniest bit of citric-sourness.
M: Light bodied, slightly thin. Slightly acidic. Semi-sweet finish. Fortunately, not cloying.
O: Boring. But in its defense, it at least doesn’t prompt an instant drain pour.
2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 SirLimpsalot (1095) - SWEDEN - MAR 31, 2012
Årgång 1987 Helt doftfri. Ganska distinkt källarsmak, och kanske en aning iste med persika. Inte mycket som påminner om en geueze, mer en gammal faro
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 gyllenbock (1914) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 20, 2012
Bottle at Kulminator in March 2012, vintage 1987.
Clear brownish/golden with no head. Weak and sweet aroma and taste with toffee and some light notes of grass. No carbonation and no sourness. Drinkable but nothing to write home about.

25 cl bottle. Aroma is cheap sweet candy. Not my taste, not a good beer....
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 erickok (1061) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - MAR 4, 2012
Clear amber, white creamy head. Light sour, white grapes, some bread. Very sweet, sweet not refreshing.
1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 redlight (2265) - Winter Park, Florida, USA - FEB 24, 2012
Sweet brown sugar notes on the nose with traces of funk and lacto. Pours amber with a thick white head. Flavor is sweet upfront with brown sugar flavors with traces of wild flavors. Barely tart at all. Reminds me more of a faro than a gueuze

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 11/20 RmmHronek (69) - Linz, AUSTRIA - FEB 15, 2012
It tastes like candy... damnit. It is not sour or earthy at all!!! It is the bud light of gueuzes. It has a really nice color, good frothy head. There is a light touch on vinegar in the aroma, but other than that this gueuze does not have much to offer!
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 POLK (1620) - Hørning, DENMARK - JAN 22, 2012
141211: Clear amber color with medium size white head. Sweet aroma of bread. Flavor is very sweet with a little hint of apple. If this realy is a gueuze, Its for beginners.
