Bottle. Clear medium red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light red head. Aroma is light to moderate cherry, marzipan sweet, a bit syntetisk sweet. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (230807)

A deep red beer with a small head. The aroma is very strong of cherries. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of cherries and only slightly sour. Not nearly sour enough.

(Bottle 25 cl) Slightly hazy dark red colour with a handsome and creamy pink head. Fruity, marzipan-like aroma. Light-bodied with notes of metal and and underlying tartness from the lambic. Distinct cherry flavours with some sweetness, but never cloyingly sweet. I have to admit that I’m a sucker for the best sweetened Krieks - and this is one of them. 120206

25 cL bottle. Pours deep golden red, clear, and with a pink creamy head. Mild almondish aroma with a mild cherry note. Medium sweet cherry flavour with a mild almondish note beneath. Goes into a medium dry and oliy finish with a lingering cherry flavour into the far finish.

Bottled. Ruby red colour, small white head. Sweet cherry aroma and flavour. That’s about it. I agree with Tom on this one being very sweet, but it works quite well as a refreshing drink.

Bottled. Dark red, smal pink head. Rich balsamic cherry aroma with some candy and a hint of acidity. Very lemonady and simple. Traditional kriek it is not, but seen as lemonade it has it’s advantages.

Bottle. Slightly nauseating aroma of cherries. Deep red colour. Very sweet flavour of cherries. Aftertaste is also sweet. Mouthfeel is interesting. Like liquid candy. Too sweet for me.

Clear red with a medium pinkish head. Aroma had hints of cherries and almonds. Flavour had artificial cherries, almonds, apples and hints brett.
