250ml Bottle- 2007 Vintage. Dark red in colour with a lively pink head. Fruity, sweet cherry aroma with a hint of tartness. Sugary sweet cherry taste which is very refreshing but not much of a lambic element to it. Very refreshing on a hot day like today.

(Bottled, 2007 edition) Clear, dark blood-red with a pink, medium and lacy head. Reasonably natural, but very sugary-sweet cherry aroma. Very sweet and sugary flavor with some cherry underneath, and definitely not a trace of any lambic that’s ever been a base of this one. It doesn’t taste bad, if you don’t mind the excess sweetness, but I do. Medium-bodied, thick and sugary palate with quite low carbonation. It’s sad - considering the body, this could be something like De Cam Kriekenlambic - too bad, that it has been achieved using sugar and not cherries.

2007 edition. Rubin red coloured, some light carbonation with an average pink head. Fruity, cherry sweet aroma. Full fruity palate. Finish is sweet with a light bitter, peppery and wooden touch. At the end a little sticky. Not to bad.
