The good of lambic is that thy’re a box of surpraise, you can expect what you’ll get but never predict it. Aroma of belle vue has nothing special but appearance is wonderful, the proportion between liquid and foam makes me get in love ot a beer, taste is quite sweet and acid, not too sparnklig what I like, overall is a good choice for sweet beers.

Tap in cafe in Amersfort market. Pours a carbonated red, large head with a pink hue that quickly dissipates. Cherry aroma, and taste is cherry, but not as fruity as a rose beer. Fine, but nothing you’d want to have too many of.

Pours a nice red with a relatively large head. Cherry (syrup), some tartness and sugar predominate. Is this a beer? Too much of a soft drink for me.

...corked bottle, nice deep red color and pink head. Wheaty malt flavor, with great fruity cherry notes. Nice on the palate, not overly sweet, or overpowering. Nice blend with a balanced finish, this shit is good, but of course, expensive.

Deep berry red, nocely lacing pink head. Acidic and sweet cherry nose. Little cherry drops. Flavor is cherry, wheat, little red currants. Sweet, but still with a sourish lambic edge. Nothing complex, but at least not totally ruined with sugar.

25 cl bottle. Bright mahogany color with a pinkish white head that went down fast. Cherry aroma. Not particularly sweet or sour aroma. Medium body with coarse carbonation. Slightly sour, but also slightly sweet, cherry. Barring the cherry it could be a red wine. Finishes rather dry. Certainly not one of the soda pop fruit lambics. Finishes rather tart.
