Tap. This style is way too sweet for me. Aroma is just cherries, which I like. Flavour is just sweet, with no balance. Medium body in the palate, with an oily texture. Red colour, fizzy, with a thin, long-lasting head.

Bottled. Ruby red colour, sour cherry aroma, sweet taste. Nothing to write home about but a pleasent drink on a warm day.

375 ml bottle. Cyprus @ All about beer. My first Lambic. Better than I thought it would be. Nice reddish brown color. Intense cherry aroma and taste. Didn’t actually taste like a beer but I liked it.

UPDATED: OCT 3, 2006 Pours mahogany red with a bit of persistent head. Aroma is grasses with dark cherries underneath. Very sweet cherry, red wine, and something else (not good) I can’t place. Dry. Not something I’d try again, except maybe on tap.

Bottle: Burgundy red colour with a large cherry head with a nice lacing. Aroma strong on cherry and red fruits, taste is a bit boring, sweet, cherries, slight maltiness. Tastes like cough medicine.

Veyr light aroma--very faint cherry. Dark Red in appearance. Medium palate. Lightly sour taste with a weak and fake cherry flavor.

Kåstå (1202) - Mol, BELGIUM - APR 26, 2002
The aroma is a bubblegumish cherry ester. There is a metallic taste to it that I do not really like. The sourness from ’normal’ lambics is almost non-existent. For people who are new to krieks/lambics this is probably good.

Sweet and Acididic notes of blak cherry. The palate is very sweet with a heavy dense flavor and mouthfeel. Textural. Not as sweet on the finish as the bitterness/acid blends well.
