has aroma of cherries obviously, smells very fresh. very dark maroon colour with a thin head would get a 5 if head was bigger yet still very nice looking. tastes like cherries. a little bit sour. goes down very easily. as close to ideal as i have found.

My first Lambic - Fruit so it was interesting to say the least. Dark cherry red in colour. A long lasting, frothy, pinkish head. Smells like a soap shop. Medium body and low to medium carbonation. Not malty at all. Sweet cherry, cranberry and apple flavours with a very slight sourness. Not my normal taste in a beer but quite enjoyable.

Aroma: slightly lagery like a pilsener (that remained right through the drink) with generous amounts of medicinal cherry. Appearance: dark clear red with a slightly off white head. Flavour: none of the pilsener flavours but quite sweet/sour cherry flavours with a touch of nuttiness.

Nice.. But not as fresh nor tasty as Lindemans Kriek. (This beer rating was imported from FB and unfortunately lacks any further comments.)

UPDATED: AUG 28, 2008 Pressão: tomada em Brugge, Bélgica, em novembro/2007. Coloração vermelha com creme rosa consistente e persistente. Notas agradáveis de cereja sem parecer artificial. Há um leve amargor que a diferencia de uma cidra. Características sutis de cerveja. Nota: 4,1.
Garrafa: tomada em janeiro/2008, em Santos. Coloração vermelha, creme rosa. Tem um paladar salgado, diferente. Gostosa, mas nada de excepcional. Traz consigo algo de artificial. Nota: 3,2.

...corked bottle, nice deep red color and pink head. Wheaty malt flavor, with great fruity cherry notes. Nice on the palate, not overly sweet, or overpowering. Nice blend with a balanced finish, this shit is good, but of course, expensive.

I found this one simple and one dimensional. Like adding cherry cough medicine and lactic acid to a budlight. The complex flavors in a good lambic are absent and the cherry taste was cloying.
